Where do your items come from?

All Astreea products are designed in Europe and US and are manufactured exclusively in house, in our own factories in the European Union.

Where are you located?

Astreea is located in the European Union, with branches in over 60 countries.

Where can I buy your product?

You can purchase our products at www.astreeadomes.co.uk/store or through our local partners in over 60 countries.

How do I get started with the product?

We recommend to read the user’s manual and follow the instructions for assembly. We also provide video tutorials on how to assemble most of our products.

What do I do if I had an issue with my order?

If there is an issue with your order, contact us at astreeadomes@gmail.com or fill out this form and we’ll do our best to fix it. Please make sure you have the product invoice.

How do I contact sales?

How do I make a purchase?

Choose the product(s) you want to purchase, choose the quantity you want, add it to your cart, proceed to check out, fill in all the billing and shipping information needed, choose your preferred payment method and proceed to checkout.

How do I cancel my order?
